When we serve as a fiduciary of an account, we observe the highest standards of confidentiality to protect grantors, principals and beneficiaries information. In addition, we are committed to treating all other current and former customer information as confidential.

 

That’s why we take every reasonable precaution to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access. Our employees are bound by our confidentiality practices and ethical standards of conduct. We restrict access to your non-public personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your non-public information.

 

WE COLLECT AND MAINTAIN YOUR NON-PUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM:

Information we receive from you to open an account or provide investment advice or other services to you (such as your home address, telephone number, social security number, financial information and investment objectives, and other information); and information that we generate to service your account or from transactions with you, our affiliates or others (such as account statements and other financial information); and information on your transactions with non-affiliated third parties; and for marketing purposes to offer our products to you.

 

WE SELECTIVELY SHARE INFORMATION:

In order for us to provide trust services, investment management and other services to you, we do disclose your personal information in very limited instances, which include:

 

  • Disclosure to non-affiliated companies as permitted by law, including those who help us service your account (such as providing account information to brokers and custodians, tax services, investment performance reporting services, class action litigation and mutual fund companies for SEC Rule 22c-2 compliance).

  • Other limited disclosures as permitted by law (such as required reports for compliance with Federal and State Government rules such as SEC Rule 22C-2 which requires disclosure for certain mutual fund transactions).

 

Except for these few instances, we do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell your information.

 

We will notify you about our sharing practices when you open an account and annually thereafter.
