A small Italian restaurant opened in a strip mall close to our home a little less than 25 years ago. My wife and I dined there on the first day they opened and have been customers either dining in or taking out ever since.

After almost 25 years, the taste and quality of the food has never changed. No matter when we dine at this restaurant, we are never let down; the friendly wait staff and the level of service enhance the experience and keep us coming back. And, the owner always takes time out from the kitchen to greet his guests and ask how they are enjoying their meal.

How many times have you tried a new restaurant, absolutely raved about the food and decided it was going to be your next favorite place, only to return the next time to be totally disappointed by the food and service?  My wife and I kid that a restaurant is good until it isn’t good anymore!

You must be asking yourself why in the world is he writing about an Italian restaurant. The answer is quite simple; consistency and the customer experience. At Garden State Trust we strive to provide a consistent level of service that our clients have come to expect and deserve from us. Our clients experience the Garden State Trust Company difference-

  • Dedicated to finding solutions
  • Strong commitment to quality and caring service
  • Deep understanding of retirement needs
  • Careful analysis of client goals and circumstances
  • High level of responsiveness by seasoned professionals

Our level of commitment to service does not go unnoticed.  In fact, it’s why people come to us and it’s why they stay. To this point I would like to share a testimonial from one of our out-of-state clients.

30 years ago, my father realized that he was opening the first account in a then-new trust department headed by Ira Brower. Because of the service and personal as well as professional communications, our family has appreciated over these years, we feel we have been fortunate to entrust management of our financial assets to Ira and his carefully chosen colleagues. We also appreciate the responsiveness to our queries, available despite separation by distance and time zones”
